Refund policy

Pickle Repper sells a digital unlock code for premium practice session lengths. If the code does not work or you bought the product by mistake, email support@picklerepper.com within 5 days of purchase with the purchase email address and Paddle receipt details.

Refunds are generally approved when the code cannot be delivered, the code cannot be made to work after support review, or the request is made before meaningful use of the premium unlock. Refunds may be declined when the code has been redeemed and used successfully.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, the merchant of record for paid checkout.
